Site J, New England Quarter

Site J is the last site to be developed as part of a masterplan of the New England Quarter, north east of the station, drawn up by Brighton & Hove City Council. Our proposals include a new plaza connecting the station to the area around London Road, and incorporates landscaping along the western flank, which is a continuation of a Nature Walk leading to the north entrance of the station.
The proposed scheme for Site J of the New England Quarter is mixed use comprising 147 flats, both market and affordable, 3000 square metres of office space, a 98 bedroom hotel and a retail unit of 240 square metres. The housing will achieve Level 4 Code for Sustainable Homes and is designed to Lifetime Homes standards. The office and hotel will achieve a BREEAM Very Good rating.
