Paddington Basin

The Hermitage Street site lies to the north of Wharf Road, which is parallel to the basin and south of the elevated West Way. The uses are primarily housing integrated with the City of Westminster College. We have masterplanned and applied for planning for some 750 units of housing including Key Worker and free market.
There are commercial and community facilities on the ground level with a gymnasium for the college. The first phase of 225 flats was completed in 2004.
