Noss Marina

Noss Marina is a redevelopment of an existing boatyard north of Dartmouth on the banks of the River Dart. The project comprises of 150 river’s edge homes and a 65,000 sq. ft boutique hotel for Soho House.

Our proposal for the hotel includes a restaurant, deli-café and a hospitality suite on the ground floor around a market square. There will be 45 rooms and a rooftop pool and spa facilities. It will be a timber framed construction reminiscent of old shipbuilding techniques mixed with frameless full height glazing to take advantage of the scenic setting.
