The practice has created a masterplan for the Hayes Heritage Quarter. The 6.65 hectare site lies to the north east of Stockley Park and Heathrow, creating 500,000 sq. ft of grade A office space, 260,000 sq. ft of residential space, a 66,000 sq. ft training centre, a 30,000 sq. ft amenity building and an existing building on site. The buildings are planned around communal landscaping and on-grade parking.
The masterplan aims to establish a sense of community through the careful mix of uses, consideration of scale of new buildings and public landscaping across the site. Introducing new communal facilities such as the operational factory of Vinyl Record Visitors Centre that includes music recording facilities which will interest the public, and respects the heritage of the site.
