Gainsborough Studios

Gainsborough is a mixed use project which includes 280 new build apartments, B-1 space on Ground level and a restaurant. The project also includes the refurbishment of old movie studio space used by Alfred Hitchcock. 25% of the residential area is affordable housing for the Southern Housing Corporation. There are two levels of parking below the entire project. The main tower element is 14 stories. The public can pass through the project thus joining the public park with the new canal side walkway.
Four buildings are grouped around a square containing a huge semi submerged head of Alfred Hitchcock by sculptor Anthony Donaldson.
