Yamamoto

This 2,500 sq. ft clothing store on Sloane Street was completed within 5 months of commencing the design. It involved a total strip out of a previous traditional decorators show room and restoration of the modernist approach of the 1960's block which includes the Carlton Tower Hotel.
The lighting is an original concept development with Isometrix which results in the fixtures not being visible in the ceiling, but can be adjusted for long angles. The furnishings were all bespoke designs. A new roof extension houses a daylight studio.
The project was awarded a Civic Trust Commendation in 1996.
