Jessica Square

This was a loft office project in Wandsworth. The site required the assembly of 7 different land purchases. The ensemble formed the end of a mews which was reinforced by splitting the brief into two buildings with underground parking.
A central tower contains vertical circulation for both buildings. This external circulation allows an unobstructed floor plate for office use. The project was built under a Construction management contract for £63 per square foot excluding fees.
