Founding Senior Partner. The practice’s work includes refurbishment and new build arts, commercial and residential projects in the UK for private and institutional clients as well as competition winning projects overseas. M+P have won awards from the RFAC, Civic Trust, AIA, RIBA and Stephen Laurence amongst others and exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art, New York.

1981 - 1984
IDEA INTERNATIONAL (UK),
Chief designer with responsibility for design liaison with overseas clients. Projects include housing and schools for 21 new towns with a population of 50,000, six elementary schools in the Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter and four private palaces for the Saudi royal family. The public projects were all completed.

1980 - 1981
ZEYBEKOGLU - BOKHARI AND ASSOC, Athens Greece.
Urban Designer for the original town centre of Yanbu and project architect for commercial souk and 570 apartments on three sites within the community. Project completed in 1983.

1977 - 1980
JAMES STIRLING AND PARTNER, London, W1.
Project Architect for Government Centre of Skikda, Algeria. Designer for 600 unit housing study for Muller Pier, Rotterdam. Detail Design and working drawings for Stuttgart Contemporary Museum.

1976
FOSTER ASSOCIATES, London.
Interior Production Architect for IBM Headquarters, Greenford. Responsible for custom design integrated ceiling and partition system, space planning.

1974 - 1975
SERT JACKSON AND ASSOCIATES, Boston MA. USA.
Production Assistant for two large housing projects responsible for External Works and Interior details. Designer of Master planning and Urban Design proposal for phase 2 of Roosevelt Island.
